Ms. Shell, Your contentions are markedly flawed twofold. 1) the court has rendered a decision today that will most definitely effect the stock price in a positive way. 2) If you were watching trading near the close I need say no more. I contend that if you had performed the diligence that would enlighten you to the federal courts' decision, and were watching trading at level 2 today, you are either totally incapable of assilimating the information, or, with malice, are making the contentions you are.
