Your first post on the ABTX thread is a negative one and it comes at a time when shorters are facing a late-in-the-day surge which just might be a precursor to a short squeeze.

Hmmmm. Pardon my skepticism.

Have you confused an SEC "review" with an SEC "investigation" ?
This means either a) you're ignorant of normal SEC procedures or b) you're manipulative and trying to scare people who already went on quite a ride today in this stock.

See biz.yahoo.com
Excerpt: <<The company registered securities on two Forms S-3 and one Form S-4 registration statements, and options on one Form S-8 registration statement. The shares and options registered were generally for two purposes: first to register restricted securities previously issued, and second, to provide flexibility for business opportunities, including continued growth. The registration process has been ongoing since March 10, 1998, and was subject to a full review by the SEC. >>

The SEC *REVIEW* was a NORMAL event.

NOWHERE does it say that the company is under investigation for false reporting practices.

We're in a very moody market, people panicked, stop losses got swept up, shorts like you spread false rumors. Tomorrow's another day and I predict this stock will bounce from here.
