Your methodolgy is truely the 'end' justifies the 'means', or as Malcolm X stated, "by any means necessary". At the current time, this seems more reflective of your own methodology.

bmart, unfortunately, the filings are not current so we must work with what is available. Thank you for confirming to all information not officially available via filings, or did I miss it? You have advised this board with some very important information. 1) The company is currently profitable! 2 The company has had patents awarded to the doctor transfered to AZNT. Is there a filing on this? I expected to see it because of the structure of the agreement. You flat out lied as to the date of the filing I referred to, it was not in 1995. Why did you make that up? You are once again as wrong about this as you were about Global being the TA for AZNT. I am pleased to learn from YOUR post the patents have been transfered to AZNT, as this will allow for easy verification and we can move forward. It would be *but the least amount of diligence would've demonstrated to you that you are using a 1995 filing* WRONG!!! Why do you make these things up? You were caught making up that Global was a TA, and you assured us your information was accurate...now this...
