I am interested in your opinion in the disparity between the Small-caps and the Dow 30 or S&P 500 since 1995. Could the small-caps rally to catch up with the big caps or is the most likely scenario that the big-caps will correct to the small-caps. I have heard that when the big-caps fall, the small caps fall further. If this is correct, when do the small-caps ever catch up? Also, can this happen in this 401k induced, S&P 500 index frenzy we are in?
