You guys need to relax a little. $1 dollar is no big deal and I won't consider selling any until $4 1/2 - and even then I'll only sell 25% of my holdings. WINR has contracts/agreements in place worth 10-15 MILLION a year starting the moment they become operational. Since the margins on the gaming side of their business are around 90%(!!!) that translates to around .85 cents per share - and that's not including any contracts they may surprise us with in the very near future(like when they announce operations are up and running - next week). Now do the math using the industry average p/e which I believe is around 26 (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and you get a one year target of over $20 dollars per share. Add in the fact that there will be more contracts coming, revenue from e-commerce, and the fact that this is an internet related stock with a great story which I believe will quickly and easily capture the minds of the investing public once the story gets out - and you have yourself one HUGE potential IMHO. The mm's are being forced to sell when they have no shares in inventory to do so with and so their only alternative will be to raise the price quickly and dramatically in order to sell the majority of shares at as high a price as possible. This they believe is in their best interest. It is for all these reasons that my completely unofficial intuition says that it is ridiculous to worry about the $1 dollar mark - or the two, three or even four dollar mark either. Sleep well. Gorcon
