The price action in MRVC solely reflects market conditions and myopia. I can't state that there is no danger . . . but it is clearly on a macro level. If a global recession is being accurately forecast, multi-national exposure should be hardest hit; it's not. The stock has not been this cheap since $2 (s.a.) in summer of '94. Barring the end of life as we know it, MRV is poised to ACCELLERATE its growth from here. There is nothing wrong at the company. MRV has always looked technically repulsive, and market conditions generally nauseating, when it is about to make a significant move up. With the preceding caveat, expect the company to, finally, aggressively focus on realizing shareholder value. It takes a while for creative people to realize that our quirky markets do not automatically reward success. It's costing them far more than anyone outside the company.
