To Elwood;

Frustrating isn't it? Well, we may or may not go back to $31. The problem with cpq in a nutshell as I see it is that wall street simply doesn't know yet how the dec merger will pan out and whether or not the inventory reduction is truely completed. Dell is not anywhere as uncertain as cpq. Hence the extremely high multiple in response to a much higher level of earnings visibility and predictability.

CPQ simply isn't there in terms of visibility and predictability. Unfortunately, there is too much left to wonder about yet. However, once cpq can demonstrate that it is back on course then look out. CPQ will then far outpace Dell (It has to outpace dell for a solid 9 months just to catch up).

Good luck. Don't get too frustrated. We'll get there soon!!
