I think they are after that one share of esvs for every 10 shares of zulu. But right now I can't tell what is going on. Other than stating that ESVS will be a powerhouse, the rest concerning the disolving of zulu was the same old circles.

Can you clear any of it up Joe? Will a holder of 10 zulu shares receive 1 esvs share? That is the big question on my mind.

hey joe whatta you know just got back from the DDSI show own esvs at much lower levels . ITs strange they keep comparing this to DCLK can you explain
