Great post Sonny. I have some stocks in my portfolio that I bought with the idea of making a few dollars and then getting out.........NBIX was not one of them.

I still believe that this company is about the strongest (of its type) around given the fact that they do not have a money producing drug at the moment. I must admit though, I never expected it to sell for close to its cash value. I seriously doubt that Mr. Lyons or Mrs. Foster gave much thought to the stock price until now..........or at least the stock price and how it relates to the small investor. Now we have to play catch up.......My biggest fear is that NBIX could have a negative clinical trial on any one of their projects......that would be a disaster.

Oh well, no use in trying to predict the future, it has only lost me money up to this point.

Good luck

Toxin injection leads to cure -

Let's see if the latest broad sell-off, which has pummelled the biotechs to yearly lows, represents a great buying opportunity or not.

I couldn't believe my eyes looking at NBIX, ISIP, and ORG, and ended up buying some NBIX. The volume isn't there to suggest a big rise, but with such promising products in the pipeline and at historic lows I got suckered in. IMGN at 1 is another very tempting one - perhaps if NBIX becomes marginable again...

I hope the long-timers aren't feeling too bad - it's hard to recommend loading up when your stock just sinks, but it may be the thing to do. Can someone refer me to information about the cash situation at NBIX?

Kailash

Yes, our days are coming!

Can't take this stock away from my hand. You'll have to pry open my
fingers from my dead hand for that!

Lv U NBIX! :-)

regards to all,
-/Sonny.
