Lady,

If that was panic selling, then I must have been participating in panic buying!! A couple of months ago I was beginning to wonder if I had done the right thing taking some off the table at 22 then watching it run to >29, but now have put the $$ to good use in light of the misunderstanding of recent ABTX activities. Core position intact, new trading position established, and anticipating profitable volatility in coming days. Glad I was not margined like so many appear to have been. Hoping for a nice bounce from the CC tomorrow. Hate to see this kind of rumor-mongering in any event, though, as it distracts from the continuing great prospects for this little seed co.

Good Trading,
Jim Lang

Not necessarily to you, Lady ... but would someone who knows more about TA than I do please take a good look at ABTX's chart during, say, the last four days in July and the first four days in August. Look specifically at RSI (14 day) and educate me on what we are seeing.

Thanks in advance.

JSb.

Lady/all...check out this late evening news release...on ABTX's web site.

WISH, and I can't emphasize that enough, this had been out before the market closed. I am *positive* this news, had it been released even an hour before market close today, would have turned the bloodbath around. But - was not to be.

Guess we'll let it play out tomorrow via conference call.

As typical, Dr. Thomas says some bold things...and I have no doubt they will come to pass. Even the comment that ABTX now technically has the acquisitions it needs to complete stated objectives...and will only consider beneficial deals before accessing debt/capital...that tells me this boat is rock solid and the momentum is merely stalled a bit.

Problem is he said it a day late and after the market was closed. Damage is done. I believe prudence says CEO should have been speaking publicly around $15/share, as that was about the halfway point from $29 in, oh, say a month period ? That failure will be the major disappointment I cannot forget. If nothing else, should have been doing something mid-day today via press release.

Guess those who scooped up the $10 shares will be thrilled in months to come.
