It was an unfortunate choice of words that I used in my post that you referenced. I should not have used the words "finished", since I was not or am not, aware that any investigation by the SEC had even started. I would have corrected it earlier but unfortuately went the hospital within 30 minutes of the posting and just arrived home a few minutes ago. While I personally felt that a trading halt should have been started a long time ago however, to provide time to clear up all of the various "facts" that people have posted, even that did not happen. All of the "facts" posted of course cannot be true. I am posting my recent e-mail to Gary Borglund relative to my feelings about something he supposedly sent to Brad Morris: It has never been answered, but I include it to show that I have in fact been asking the company on more than one occasion for information, which they have never provided.

I don't know if this is pertaining to me or Mr. Morris but in any case I will answer from my perspective.
Everytime that I post a question on the SI thread Mr. Morris, Brad, Cheryl, and others think that they have to accuse me, and others, of various offenses including shorting the stock, working for a MM, bashing the stock, and god knows what else. This kind of attacking and insulting behavior has caused the kinds of ridiculous statements made by many of the people that publicly acknowledge they daily receive information from you. I think that it is unprofessional and questionable ethics, for a CEO to support this kind of personal exchange of information about your company via a 16 year old boy. I believe it borders on issuing insider information, when you pre-announce certain business dealings of GLOW through these people. I may be prejudging you since I have no way of knowing if you are in fact relaying this information to Brad Morris, Brad, Cheryl and others, or they are just making this up. If you are not than I apologize.
In addition some time ago I asked your company for certain information so I could evaluate whether it was a candidate for investment.
I subsequently (I initiated the call) personally spoke to you on the phone, and thought that we had cleared up many of the misconceptions that I may have had about Global Games. You said that the information that I requested was available and that you had almost all of my questions answered and would forward them to me shortly. You did not answer any of the questions on the phone. As of today I have never heard from you or your company again. I have talked to many other GLOW investors that have requested investor information from your company but they also have never received it.
The failure of your company to provide your investors, and at the time I requested that information I was an investor, with financial and corporate data has fueled rampant speculation on various Bulletin Boards as to your intentions, goals, and interrelationships with other companies. In addition it has forced us to search elsewhere for information. The information that I and others have posted on SI are the results of the many hours that we have spent researching your company, via the Canandian Dealing Network(CDN) and other sources of data. If the questions that we have asked and the information that we have posted is incorrect, it is only because you have failed to furnish us with the correct data, and the very people that say they support you, have failed to correct these posts with verifiable data. Instead they have met every request to verify the information that we have found with insults, slander, and more misinformation supposedly relayed from you.
We were able to find out through our research, that certain relationships exist or did exist between Millennium MLU, Flying Disk FDCD(later to become Software Gaming Corp. (OTC BB:SGMS)), Wolf key Ltd, Internet Gaming Corp (IGC), and others. When this information was posted both by me and several others, your supporters strenuously denied it was true, remarking that they had coordinated this with you. Yet just today a poster, MMPRO, questioned certain relatioships between Global Games and others that you had previously denied. You than, through Brad Morris, changed your response. What are we to believe?

You are correct Brad M. ,I did call GaryB a liar and I stand by that statement.
GaryB. stated that he had no dealings or connections with Millennium Group(MLU) what-so-ever. Yet, both WolfKey and ECS are owned by MLU and GLOW's website was registered by MLU and was hosted on MLU's server.
Also in this post by Brad ( who seems to have a direct line to GaryB)
confirms that GLOW had dealings with MLU. (Note: Rothschild is CEO of MLU)

How can GaryB's statement be reconciled with these facts. There are two possibilities....
1. GaryB. is a liar.
or
2. GaryB. was not aware of these connections and is an incompetent CEO.
If GaryB will admit to #2 , I will retract #1.
As for your lawsuit... It will never happen. Can you see GLOW having to open their books for a court of law to inspect? Fat chance.

These questions are not redundant and deserved to be answered. If there has been mud slinging, it is supported by people that identify themselves as supporters of your company. I do not consider asking questions and posting information that I am sharing with others on SI to be bashing.
Lastly If your e-mail is to me (I am only Cc on it), than I highly resent your statement "he has asked this before, and we have answered him". While I have in fact asked, you or your company have not responded. I have only asked the questions and posted data that any conscientious investor would have asked and shared with others. I am sorry if this disturbs you. I believe that your company has been negligent in providing your investors with the financial data and corporate information that they should have already received. And this has nothing to do with becoming fully reporting. Global Games has been in existance for more than a year, and this information should have been available to all stockholders. I believe the blame is yours for not keeping your investors informed of the status of Global Games. I am available to discuss this situation at any time with you.
