Mrs. Shell-- for the sake of argument:

Well if a biochemist came up with a way to manufacture chemicals from natural/living products then he would have engineered that process. So, he would in fact be chemical engineering.

So, can someone who is a Biochemist that engineers a manufacturing process involving living products ("bio") be called a Chemical Engineer?
