Firamada's management stated the Company is not currently in merger negotiations, and that any rumors to that effect were disseminated without any knowledge of Firamada, Inc. or the Company's management. Firamada President Randy Malinoff responded to the rumors saying, "We are not currently in merger negotiations of any kind. We have received numerous calls relating to information which has been purported to be from our Company.
