The declining trend of new prescriptions for Viagra is interesting, but not unexpected. Various sell side analysts have published reports on how new drugs capture the public's fancy, and shortly thereafter the number of "recreational" users drop out. Look at the steady results shown for recurring Viagra prescriptions. The important thing for any ED player is that the estimates for Viagra are consistent to above expectations made before launch.
