Well, it can't be sold in the US as a food additive, right?
So the company will have to be careful how they promote it.
And they better be careful with what they let the Indian say, too, lest he get charged with practicing medicine without a license.

Even people at the counter of a health food store here in Canada have to be careful what they say. ......... gotta run ..... cheers
