Hi Jeff

I have IE4, so I guess it's a little different.

View/Internet Options/General

On this screen, there is a section called Temporary Internet Files: I can choose Delete Files or Settings. So I chose delete files, but then when I went to Settings/View Files, all the files were still there - a bunch of cookies.

I'm sure that this is pretty obvious to most of you guys, but I'm baffled by all of this, and I consider myself to be reasonably competent around these things!

Thanks for all the help.
