I wonder why Stockwatch has just issued this - the agreement was made on Feb. 12. Maybe because the VSE has just now accepted it for filing. But sometimes I think it's because Stockwatch's computer feels it needs the exercise. ASC is not a very liquid stock, it's only had one day in the last year with volume over 100,000. 50,000 bid at .055 right now, last at .10, 52-wk low .08. Ian started up a thread and nobody came #Subject-21111 That can be a sign of quality -g- ........ cheers
