Talked with our CFO, Mr. Gary Crook, and he told me to reply with the blanket statement, "We do not discuss our acquisition / merger activities . . ." etc. etc. In short, it's SOS' policy not to publicly disclose these types of discussions until we are legally required. I think that's the same with most public companies. I haven't personally heard anything about a merger with FAMH, but I just may be "out of the loop". Just an FYI - any press releases sent out by SOS are always posted to our web site within 24 hours.
