Not sure how or what will impact INTC tomorrow but the thought that comes to mine is why would AMAT's announcement takes effect over Intel's announcement? They said after yesterday's close the second half is on target to improve.

Ripu, I don't think it will have any affect on INTC. AMAT pre-announced last July and the stock was up a couple of weeks later (ie everyone knew AMAT was having trouble). Its a nonevent IMO.
