Joseph, no clue here. One might think a connection with HWP would be good for a small company. With earnings not due toll 10/20 or so, this is not an announcement to soften the blow of a bad Q. Small caps are way out of favor and tech the same... could get worse with the AMAT announcement.

Joseph ... maybe the uncertainty of the change of having a DEC - HWP re-seller switch ?. I take it as very positive and am tempted to pick up more at this price. I don't think the market will impact the price cause of the drop built in (justified). Also, I assumed HWP had some storage capabilities, but guess not. I've asked the question on the HWP thread today and will let you know if I get a response.
