Hi Mark, Can I get your opinion on PFG? Thanks a ton. Best of Luck, Where'd He Go?

My SIMS has obvious resistance at 2 3/4, but is there a way to decide whether it is building more resistance, or chipping it away? Or is it just wait-and-see and buy at 3?
Dan

Mark,

I do not know what you seek in your move, but I have lived and moved many times in my career. If you need to be close to the coast, that is one thing, and if you seek a better lifestyle, that is another. I lived in the village of Occoquan in Virginia for 10 years and worked in Washington D.C. I kept an old 33 ft diesel "stinkboat" on the river and ran up and down the river and the bay for years. I kept it near a public tennis cours where I played frequently. There was always beer on the boat, so I would play until wasted and then sit quietly on the boat and suck suds and then cruise on the weekends. Not bad. I also lived on the Pacific side and I must say that I prefer Oregon to the East coast. Crabs are better on the east coast, though. I have floundered near Morehead City, NC, which is under assault now by Bonnie. Nice fish! One of my favorites!

Bottom line is what you are looking for. East coast is nice and fishing is good, but it is congested. Gulf is hot and congested, and West coast is mostly expensive, but some spots are not so congested.

My choice would to be within easy reach of the coast, but not on it, and your can buy or rent the access that you want.

Practical, Jack!
