Bruce, I received an e-mail from a shareholder who attended the hearing but I guess it was extremely crowded and was unable to get in and when he did he was too late. He did check with the clerk afterwards who said, this was a status hearing and it would be continued Oct 25. I'll try to get more information from the court after the papers are filed with the court, that usually takes 2 weeks.
