Looking more and more that the worse we can do is .375. Seems clear by people checking the transfer agent that we have a company that does not need to print share's. They got it going on!

So CB ... another thanks for again sharing your dd with the thread. I don't know where you get it from, or how you come up with your apparent understanding of the process...but I for one trust the info that you and SS have been providing. That said, I can now admit to being more confused than ever!!!

To say the status of the buyout is fluid is really an understatement! Earlier today, I figured we are talking 37.5 punto finale. No need to consider test results, gold deposits, operating costs, or anything else because it was a done deal.... However, if nothing is written in stone ... what is? Please explain how agreed upon deals can be used to leverage better deals without consequence. Also, if a better deal is struck, how can IDCN shareholders (??? - now I may not even be one) be assured that any deal will become reality without being leveraged again? Am I missing something? Any further clarification of the buy-out offer/process would certainly be appreciated. fly

TO ALL: Read item #7 from Coolbreeze carefully. You were probably shorted shares. All you have to do is call your broker and ask for your certificates. Like Coolbreeze says, have them express delivered to you(it may cost a little, but it would it). This will force the MMs
to cover your shorted shares buy paying more for them(THEREBY, RAISING THE STOCK PRICE).

<< 7. Shares in float (shares not held by officers, insiders (tightly held
shares)) are approx. 7,600,000 shares. BTW, I would suggest that
everyone speak with their brokers about their shares of IDCN because I
think you will find that you are not a shareholder (i.e you were
shorted shares) and WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VOTE!! Only REGISTERED
shareholders as of record date to be set will be allowed to vote. I
have a strong inclination that we WILL see a PR tomorrow describing
this somewhat along with some clarification on the buyout. If anyone
calls in their CERTS, I would suggest that you request an EXPRESS
DELIVERY (3 business days) of your CERTS. The MM's are scrambling as we
speak to deliver CERTS to shareholders.>>
