>>Have you used Wabi?<< No.

I did use SoftWindows for a while on an SGI. (Not available for Linux).

I don't think Wabi is being developed/supported anymore, but I could be wrong.

Best Windows solution for Unix I've used is NTrigue and WinDD (basically the same thing). Those worked well. I did also get to use the Beta version of MS Terminal Server, which is the same technology.... but it was a little buggy.

The nice thing about NTriuge/WinDD/Terminal-Server (at least for the shops I worked in) is that you can save alot on licensing fees. We mostly had sporadic users of Office software. The users would have a high-end machine to do their real work on (engineering, design, etc), and only about 20% of them would use Windows software at any given time by accessing it from the server. One souped up Windows server could take care of about 40 users (8-10) simultaneous), and we only needed 10 licenses. With MS's new licensing scheme, this cost would quadruple! The method still beats having a second machine on each desk, though. Mostly because of administration costs.
