In the long term a stock split should have no real effect on the stock price, in real terms. And certainly it won't be a better value, It is exactly the same value. Don't get me wrong, Dell is a great stock and i have been long for quite some time. But the stock split is not why it is a value. It is a sign that the stock has done well in the past and that's it. Go DELL!
