Ted: Your right, it is technically not the right term NASDAQ Bulletin Board Stock, but it's miss used so often I can't find a huge fault in that alone. I would doubt the company would know that. I don't think they have any outside help with their site or investor relations. The other things you mentioned are all things to consider also. I can find no reason for promising to release, then not doing so, the earnings info. Tellcom contracts are at best difficult ones. Many times to many attachments and clauses that may limit the earnings to the company. Not to mention that these are in Mexico, I believe, and the economy and currency are falling apart there. The investor relations simply mean whom ever is handy, will be more likely to answer your questions then before they had an investor relations department. However, their answers don't always come true. I too am hoping for a grand turn around. We shall see LT
