Taurus553. The next rate U.S. rate move will be HIGHER.

Everybody will call Greenspan stupid. Gee, can't he see all the deflationary forces out there? Isn't the market in trouble? Aren't equities all over the world tumbling? Isn't the strong dollar the problem?

He's not as stupid as he seems. He knows the consequences if worldwide demand for the dollar faltered. Especially U.S. debt. And he knows somewhere out there a group of CB's is looking to replace thei r dollar reserves.

If the dollar ever suffered the fate of lesser currencies, every CB in the world would lose.

Whas' da madder wid goldilocks? We're only in the 9th round and she's already bleeding profusely from her keyboard. I guess we all shoulda seen it a-comin the day that Ad Dunlap, that icon of Wall Street, wept on CNN. Nobody loves him. Slaughter the North American work force, but let my stock options be. There was a time when this would be considered treason, but surely not today. Not in the new world 'order'. It's a wasteland. Vaporware. We have thrown away our most valuable asset (gold) in exchange for irredeemable promises to pay - at ludicrous prices to boot. The debt boogie man cometh.
