Hard to tell what it might do. It has been such a dog that I don't know that anyone is going to touch it at this point. I might try to nibble at it tomorrow, but I refuse to overpay at this point. It has to come back a bunch to get me to even. These lawsuits have become such a pain in the ass. I really wish our systems required losing litigants to pay damages to the winners, how quickly would someone sue if there was a liability involved? At least this would weed out the nuisance suits from the suits with legit grounds. I admit that CMO management haven't proven to be the sharpest tools in the shed, but I don't see evidence of pumping and dumping. JSH
