Are you serious? "YES I AGREE the allegations in the Jones case were personal." That is incredible. So in other words, you believe that anyone accused of sexual harassment, from the Marine Sgt. on up to VP of General Motors and down to the lowliest pizza delivery boy, is being accused of something of a personal sexual private nature, and therefore they are "doing the right thing" if they perjure themselves in all peripheral issues up to and including the deed itself. Wow. How far into the gutter have women dragged themselves. I feel sorry for you.

Explain to me what probing into the Monica situation has to do with the Jones case, thank you. Of course you realize it doesnt matter because the Jones case was DROPPED Is it not relevant in a sexual harassment case to ask the defendant about past sexual escapades in the workplace, with a subordinate? Sure the case was dropped, but at the time he lied, he was expected to tell the truth. He did not know the case was going to be dropped.
