Mazen, I agree with you that SEPR's action looks quite bullish. The only roadblock I see is the general market. As good as the stock looks SEPR's odds of a significant breakout are IMO, greatly decreased should this market continue to fall apart. Now the argument could be made that falling apart is somewhat harsh considering that the market has been relativly flat the last 3 weeks or so but the breath of the market since the beginning of July has been downright awful. This is almost always a negative sign but who knows, this stock is so strong right now it may defy gravity and continue to rally. Lets hope so.
