(Off-topic - Motley Fools) Rainier - In my experience, those that 'pooh-pooh' TA fall into one of three categories: 1. Those that are just plain ignorant of the results that TA will produce, given a sound system, with money management rules, meticulously and unemotionally followed. 2. Those that tried TA, and got burned, because they didn't do it correctly. They assume that if it didn't work for them, it can't work for anybody else. LOL! 3. Those that know TA works, but don't like traders, for whatever reason. They try to dissuade others from turning into traders, because they much prefer long-term investors who focus on fundamentals. Which category does the Motley Fool site fall into? I'm thinking the third... Loren
