Your exactly right. You can't lie about the future because its unknown . The past however is a different thing. Do you think Bill really couldn't remember whether he was alone with Monica? I could believe that of Regan, so that wouldn't be a lie right? I like Dornans comment "He can never give out another cigar to anyone."

That was the same lie Clinton told when he promised a middle class tax cut. I am assuming he sincerely intended to work on a tax cut. Did I just use the words sincerely and Clinton in the same sentence? Sorry about that.
