Colt Telecom Group Plc Dow Jones Newswires -- September 4, 1998 Colt Telecom, Belgacom Reach Interconnect Pact NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Colt Telecom Group PLC's (COLTY) Colt Telecom S.A. unit signed an agreement with Belgacom (B.BCM) for the interconnection of their respective networks. Colt Telecom S.A. also received a national voice licence and an infrastructure licence from the Belgian Telecommunications regulator, the BIPT, according to a press release Friday. Colt Telecom Group provides telecommunications services to corporate and carrier customers in Europe.
