Jean, I have recently been thinking about our baby, IDX, and unfortunately, at least for the short term, fear she will go down in price even more than she has already. Here are my thoughts - 1. We are now in a terrible market and it looks to get worse before it gets better. 2. Next week is September. September is generally known to be the worst month for stocks. 3. After September comes October. October has its own reputation for destroying stock prices and I think it could well happen again. 4. After October comes tax loss selling season and I fear a lot of people will dump their shares of IDX. 5. After the tax loss season ends we will have companies doing whatever they need to do to comply with the Y2K problem and will be spending time and money on that rather than enhancing their computer security. 6. Mixed in with all of this is the on-going Clinton mess and who knows how much that will affect the business climate and markets? 7. With all of this happening, even if IDX makes decent money, I doubt the price will move up. This will happen only if we have several quarters of great revenues and earnings. In conclusion, I fear we will have to wait at least another year for things to start moving again. This will require a lot of patience on our part. Sorry to be so pessimistic. I think in the long run we will do well, but it will require time; this company has so much potential. Rick
