(NewsTraders) -- Three Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) insiders registered a total of 1.25 million common shares for sale, according to Form 144s released by the SEC.

Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen registered to sell one million shares worth about $110.6 million.

Microsoft Senior Vice-President Frank Higgins registered 150,000 shares valued at $15.45 million.

Jon Shirley, listed as a director of the company, registered 100,000 shares for sale valued at about $11.2 million.

Anyone who confuses Access with a database should be running his business on the DOS version of lotus 1-2-3 with all of his business rules in macros. this is just silly. MS has an actual database - SQL Server - and although it's far from perfect it has many advantages over oracle. Doesn't run on Unix though, so you probably never heard of it...
