Thanks for your comments. Its an intermittent problem (often around 10 pm PDT) so I will live with it awhile longer. I plan to upgrade from a P133 with 32MB either within 30 days or no later than 3 months. IE seems to cache in the background while Netscape locks the keyboard while it performs its incessant caching. Perhaps its because I once installed some look ahead software which didnt work on SI. I'll start with a clean system in near future. Couldnt find where to shut caching off with IE. Thanks again.
