includes a former Board secretary and a series of Pacific Baja principals who MUST sell some shares on a quarterly basis to cover their tax liabilities from the purchase of their company by Turbodyne
in early 1996.
If your due diligence doesn't extend beyond Asensio and planned sales of shares

A well organized short campaign has thrown a lot of formerly longterm money
into the air.
The stock is trading below the value it had before they'd received EPA
approval!
There is a cloud, but things should clarify themselves soon.
German auto show this week and annual meeting next.
If you are putting your money where your posting mouth is, you are
a real gambler. I'm mostly on the sideline with thousands of dollars of profit from previously longer positions sold.
Oh well.
