Charger,

From what I can gather from a friend and my own review, that trade was a trade between MM's. I believe it relates to an end of the month clearing out of stock. These are just my thoughts and opinions. I have several calls in to significant individuals with regard to any possible take-over and I am really surprised at how tight lipped everyone has become.

What does this mean is up for anyones interpretation- I just don't know at this point. I am long the stock as previously stated and will remain until we have some resolve.

I've got Level II and didn't see any trades that high. I only have a 500K (.005), a 400K (.004) and a 100K (.004) as the 3 largest trades.

Total volume as of 12:10 EST was only slightly above 1Mil
