Hmm.. they don't actually mean $12 per stock certificate, do they? Don't 100,000 shares = 100,000 certs = $1,200,000? :-) I've never called certs before, so please do correct me if I'm not comprehending this... Michael Bendner

Exactly, just like I've been trying to say, This whole buyout process is going to take a while (Sept 17-Oct 7 is reasonable). I am about 10% sure that it will happen and 90% sure that in the interim we will get information on other offers based on new sampling results. If you read the latest PR you will see the company accepted the offer and is putting it to the shareholders basically as a stall tactic to complete more sampling and entertain higher offers just as I stated (not to be bragging or anything just clarifying). Anyways, just sit back and enjoy the show for the next 60 days and if you feel inclined then by all means CALL IN YOUR CERTS!! Take care ALL, CB
