Let me help as to who is going to buy.

Maybe some of the 10,000 hits per month on the website people. Maybe any of the 300 or so Howard Weil clients, who will see a report from them company after the deal is announced.

Maybe all those who have sold over the last months. Maybe me and everyone else here who has been waiting. Maybe management, maybe all those who are selling SYNM right now. Maybe more TX people. Maybe all the investors who have asked the company for a package and have to wait until the company reaches a certain market cap in order to buy.

Maybe all those who paid between 5-6 on the IPO.

In other words.....

Your friend MAY be correct, it is always good to listen to another person's logic and point of view. My question back would be "why would RNTK be different than many other stocks when some of the early investors decided to take a profit? Consider some other stocks that had very humble beginnings (Dell, AOL, Yahoo, etc, etc). I'm not suggesting RNTK will be the next Dell or will grow by 10, 100 or 1000 times its current price. I'm merely saying I need stronger reasons than impending "good news" to sell my stock.

Nobody can predict what is going to happen with the price and demand once an announcement is made..but to base a financial decision not to invest because some people will sell is not enough of a reason for me to stay away (you can't have sellers without buyers.)

JMHO,

T.R.
