Another clarification on financials vs SB-10. The SB-10 includes financials, along with a lot of other information: business plan, officers, shares, technology, etc.

Therefore, financials have to be done (though not necessarily released) before the SB-10. Financials can be released through the PR newswire, while an SB-10 has to go through the Edgar SEC system.
