Mr. Lucky,
you are quite interesting, I suggested you read the PR defining the incremental process of cleansing the AZNT market, the last phase having yet to be announced. Therefore there is no squeeze yet , as you have said. Secondly, the court has ruled. This is public. Have you procured that info. If you have, you still have a short position in AZNT? If that is the case, I suggest money management by an objective third party. The only "gyrations" are those of the ones about to be served by the court.

Could happen, Mr. BM/Pugs has the little black cloud that seems to follow him from RMIL, to CTAE, AWLT, TVSI etc....I would think he's finally wised up and sold out of AZNT by now.

It is beginning to appear that information being disseminated is false, the SEC doesn't care for that.
