This isn't a major change, since Chris Mortenrson had a Strong Buy on HYSW. In fact, Chris had me starting to do the work on HYSW right as the merger got announced. Once the comshare suit was settled, I expected a partnership between the companies, but was surprised to find out about the merger. In addition, Alex. brown got a small advisory fee on the transaction along with Goldman on the HYSW side. Frankly, I think Alex. Brown deserved a better cut of the deal since they've been the ones to cover HYSW aggressively since it's recovery from several strategic mistakes. TD
