Pink, Thank you for posting this article link. This is the first substantive thing you have posted on this thread. We can now know exactly what you are alleging about MRVC. I just heard this guy on CNBC and was about to post a question asking if he was discussing what you were alleging and you already answered it. I'm printing it out now and can't wait to read it. Bob

Only responding to the article...not the person who submitted it to the thread.... It appears to me, and it is only my opinion, that the accounting called into question would only concern MRVC shareholders if the recent acquisitions were substantially made for the purpose of these write-downs. That clearly isn't the case. The case where AOL purchased what is basically a customer list and discarded all of the r&d in progress has absolutely no parallel with MRVC's acquisitions. greg
