Mr. B,
This morning my inquiries resulted in learning that service of the court's demand is still pending, the delay is due to they are waiting upon receipt of service on the other cases from yesterday.
I believe there may very well be service by friday, the source couldn't be definitive. Once they are served, the next PR announcing the last phase in the program to cleanse the AZNT market will be released.

Mr. B,
A point of interest, I put in a market order for 650 shares when the ask was $1.68 and the bid was $1.62. They filled me at $1.62. Quite interesting
