Well Excite uses Who's Where for E-Mail, and Lycos just eat them for breakfast...that will be interesting to watch.

Somebody at CKFR ought to get on the Phone to Mr. Money Bags aka SoftBank..and get some consolidator $$$, before somebody else does..

Last I heard the poison pill was still in place. The poison pill was a $99 dollar dividend per share of CheckFree. Although, with the re-org. to CF Holdings Corp., I'm not sure if it's still in place, guess I'll I find out.
