My log (Wall Street City) shows that between 10::55 and 11:29 there were 7 trades totalling 13,000 shares, all at the ASK. The first 2 trade of this series were done at 2.53, then the ask was lowered to 2.50 and the other 5 trades were done at that value. Strange.
