Well, have now bought back my TLK, the last half being bought back at 4 1/16. I do not see Russia's woes making Indonesia's financial situation much worse. Hopefully for Indonesia's sake, things won't get much worse in Indonesia.

I think this is a good price to own the major Telecom player in the fourth largest country in the world in which most of the population has to travel, often several miles to even get to a telephone.

I know I said I would wait until it got to 3, but this seems a good enough entry price for now.
