Peter... I think your point is one reason why people are having a hard time calling the market....... although Don got the down flow this morning..let's see what happens this afternoon.... there was an interesting comment from the Phantom of the Pit book.. where he says something about how the phrase..the market is never wrong...is not always the case.... its in chapter 7 I think we are in one of those extreme situations... Ike made a comment on his thread ..something to the effect that he has never seen so much different stuff going on at the same time.... Message 5592638 he is talking in terms of manipulating the market.... but I think of it as whole lot of $%#@ hitting the fan...to me..the market is pretty resiliant...considering EVERYTHING that is going on... btw, LIM research is still showing negative for SPX over the next two weeks 9 out of 11 times based on current stats...they indicated equity traders must have aged over the last three days as we have been Everywhere and nowhere...
