Panic or near panic conditions in emerging markets, commodities and commodity related stocks, and small caps. But the blue chip darlings continue to hold up relatively well. This is exactly the opposite of the action required for a bottom. We need to see the blue chips collapse while the rest hold up. Until then down, down, down.
